1. Do I need to book both indoor and outdoor spaces together?
Not really. You can book just the indoor hall or just the lawn, depends on your plan. Some go for both, but it’s up to you. Just talk to the team early so they block the right areas for your date.
2. Can we have live music or folk performances at Grand Haveli?
Yes, totally doable. They’re cool with live music setups, as long as you manage the permissions and sound levels. Folk shows, acoustic nights, or even a small band they’ve hosted it all. Just keep them in the loop.
3. Is there a separate place for wedding rituals like pheras?
Yes. There’s enough open space outside and also a spot indoors you can use. Some couples set up a mandap on the lawn. Others keep it simple inside. Either way, they’ll help you place it right without messing up the flow.
4. What kind of lighting does the venue provide?
Basic warm lighting is included. Think ceiling lights, wall lights, etc. If you want fairy lights, hanging bulbs, or something more themed, you’ll need to get your decorator to add it. They’ll help you figure out how much power’s available too.
5. Can we arrange a photo booth or custom selfie zone?
Yes, you can. In fact, it’s a fun idea. Just make sure it’s placed somewhere guests can access easily without blocking entrances or seating. The venue team helps with spacing and layout if your decorator needs it.
6. Is there a lift or ramp access for older guests?
There’s no lift, but the ground floor setup works well for most events. The lawn is flat, and entrances are easy to walk through. If you have elderly guests, tell the staff they’ll guide or support where needed.
7. Can we bring our own wedding coordinator or planner?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own planner. The venue team doesn’t interfere, but they cooperate well with outside coordinators. If you’re not hiring one, their in-house manager helps with basics on the event day too.
8. Does the venue get noisy or crowded during other events?
They usually host one event at a time, so it won’t get chaotic. It’s a private setup. But still, better to confirm if they’ve got another booking on your date. Especially if you want peace during rituals or ceremonies.
9. Can we serve welcome drinks outdoors before guests enter the hall?
Yes. A welcome counter on the lawn or at the gate is common. You can have cold drinks, tea, or mocktails served. Just tell your caterer and make sure staff is there to manage cleanup so it doesn’t get messy.
10. How early should we arrive on event day to set up?
