1. How many guests can 7 Vachan host comfortably?
The lawn and banquet together can hold around 500–600 people. It’s good for medium to big weddings. Guests won’t feel packed in. There’s enough space to move, sit, and chill.
2. Can we bring our own caterer to 7 Vachan?
Yep, outside food vendors are allowed. If you’ve got a family caterer or someone you trust, that’s totally fine. Just inform us early so we can manage the setup smoothly.
3. Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. There’s a proper parking area inside. Most guests will get space. If you’re expecting a big crowd, let us know we’ll help figure out extra options nearby.
4. Do you offer decoration services?
Yes, we have a team that handles decoration. Basic stuff is covered lights, flowers, entry points, all that. Got a theme in mind? Cool. Tell us and we’ll try to bring it alive.
5. Can we have a DJ or live music at the event?
Of course. You can go full Bollywood or keep it chill it’s your call. We allow DJs, dhol, even live bands. Just coordinate with us for power and timing.
6. Is there a changing or bridal room available?
Yes. There’s a simple, private changing room at the venue. Useful for the bride, groom, or anyone who needs a break or outfit change during the event.
7. Is the venue good for both daytime and evening weddings?
Yep, works well for both. In the day, the lawn looks fresh and green. At night, it lights up really nice. We adjust the decor depending on your timing.
8. Can we visit the venue before making a booking?
Absolutely. In fact, you should. Photos are fine but visiting gives a better feel. Just call and we’ll fix a time. Someone from our team will walk you through.
9. Is 7 Vachan suitable for events besides weddings?
Yeah, people book it for birthdays, receptions, pujas, school stuff, more. It’s a flexible space, so it fits all kinds of events. Doesn’t have to be a wedding.
10. Will your team be present during the event to help out?
Yes. We stay till the end. If there’s a small issue, we’ll be around. You don’t have to figure out everything alone we’re right there if you need anything.
