Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I change or cancel a service after booking?
Yes, but there’s a window. You can reply to the Contract Form within 7 days or before your event, whichever is earlier. After that, we’ll consider the listed services final. Any changes later will need written confirmation.
2. Who’s in charge of delivering the services I booked?
The vendors and venue you choose handle the actual delivery. We step in to coordinate and make sure everything lines up. If something doesn’t go right, please connect with the vendor or venue directly.
3. What if my decorator or caterer backs out at the last moment?
If a vendor pulls out, we’ll quickly search for a replacement and keep you in the loop. We’ll try to match your style and only move forward if you’re okay with the new option.
4. Can I request last-minute changes in food, music, or decor?
Yes, but only if you confirm the change over WhatsApp or email. Verbal requests won’t count. For urgent tweaks, contact us, and we’ll check with the vendor if the change is possible.
5. What if I cancel the event? Do I get a refund?
Advance payments are usually non-refundable unless it’s clearly mentioned in writing. If a refund is considered, it’s completely up to the venue or vendor. They’ll decide if any amount can be returned, and how much.”
6. Is Venue By Choice legally responsible if something goes wrong?
No, we’re just the facilitator. If there’s an issue during your event, you’ll need to work with the vendor or venue directly. We’re here to support the conversation, but the responsibility lies with them.
7. Can you use photos from my wedding on your site or social media?
Yes, unless you inform us in writing before the event. We may use a few images or clips to showcase the event without revealing close-up faces unless we have permission.
8. Whom do I contact if there’s a problem during planning or on the event day?
You can call us at 9065645111 or email info@venuebychoice.com. We usually reply within 6–8 business hours. For urgent issues on the event day, get in touch with your venue contact directly.
9. What if COVID or another emergency disrupts the event?
In case of lockdowns, health concerns, or natural disruptions, we’ll help you explore alternatives like rescheduling. However, delays due to such events won’t be the liability of Venue By Choice or the vendors.
10. Can I pay someone from Venue By Choice in cash or to a personal account?
No. Never send money to a personal UPI, number, or account. Only use our official payment link, QR code, or pay directly to the venue partner with a valid receipt.
